Sword is seeking a Deal Desk & Contracts Manager to support the commercial team with deal structure, pricing, and contract terms. You will draft and negotiate, route approvals, and ensure clean records in Salesforce and CLM, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Billing.

You’ll drive end-to-end contracting, maintain playbooks, and coach account reps on standard positions while balancing risk and commercial value in a fast-paced, remote-startup environment.

Formación

• 4+ years in Deal Desk, Contract Management, Commercial Legal Ops or similar role supporting enterprise B2B sales.
• Experience negotiating redlines on commercial agreements and knowing when to eliminate non-standard terms.
• Track record coordinating multi-party approvals across Sales, Finance and Legal on tight timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial judgement.
• Experience with Salesforce and a CLM tool (Ironclad, Spotdraft or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end contracting workflow: templates, paper, versions, signature.
• Review and negotiate customer redlines on MSAs, order forms, BAAs, performance guarantees.
• Run the approval process for discounts, non-standard pricing and risk terms.
• Advise reps on deal structure and coach on standard positions.
• Keep contract system clean in Salesforce and CLM; handoff to Billing/Accounts.
• Maintain the Deal Desk playbook: fallback positions and approval matrix.
