Job summary

MW Partner in Lehi, Utah is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support and operationalize Go-To-Market offers. You will collaborate with Operational teams, Product Business Units, and Pricing Strategy to ensure accurate, timely delivery of GTM initiatives.

You will manage training delivery, maintain process documentation, and act as the first point of contact for quote-to-contract issues in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or other related areas; and/or industry-specific experience (3-5 years)
• Outstanding communication skills, able to articulate challenges and help inform decisions to relevant collaborators
• Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of quote to contract operations, Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
• Experience with Wiki, Workfront and JIRA or equivalent bug management software
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with Operational teams, Product Business Units, Pricing Strategy teams, to support and operationalize the Go-To-Market offers
• Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product and process-specific training related to the Enterprise Go-To-Market offers
• Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to Adobe's Enterprise offerings
• Communicate Go-To-Market changes, process changes, and or system changes to global operational and approval teams that would impact deals they support
• Actively participate in projects within the Deal Desk organization and advocate for continuous improvement in quote-to-contract and broader deal processes
• Serve as the first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, and provide timely resolutions or elevate to appropriate teams for further assistance.
• Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates.
