Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Deal Operations Analyst in Lehi, UT (Hybrid: 3 days onsite) to optimize quote-to-contract processes within the Deal Desk for enterprise Digital Media offers. You will work with cross-functional teams to support GTM offers, improve workflows, and document approvals and changes.

The role requires 3+ years in business process analysis with Salesforce and/or Dynamics experience, plus strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis or similar role focusing on quote-to-contract operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Wiki, Workfront, and JIRA or equivalent bug/issue management tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to inform decisions to collaborators.
• Proven ability to identify problems and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for issues in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Troubleshoot system errors and document resolutions for self-service support.
• Assist in system administration tasks such as user management and permissions.

Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize quote-to-contract operations within the Deal Desk organization for enterprise Digital Media offers.
• Support operationalization of Go-To-Market offers, drive process improvements, and serve as a first point of contact for quote-to-contract process issues and inquiries.
• Participate in projects across Deal Desk to improve workflows, communicate changes to global operational teams, and maintain process and approval documentation.

Responsibilities

• Work with operational teams, Product Business Units, and Pricing Strategy to support and operationalize Go-To-Market offers.
• Coordinate, review, and assist in delivery of product- and process-specific training related to Enterprise Go-To-Market offers.
• Build and maintain approval and process documentation related to Enterprise offerings.
• Communicate Go-To-Market, process, and system changes to global operational and approval teams impacting supported deals.
• Actively participate in Deal Desk projects and advocate for continuous improvement in quote-to-contract and broader deal processes.
• Serve as first point of contact for team members encountering issues or seeking guidance related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Investigate reported issues, troubleshoot system errors, provide resolutions or elevate to appropriate teams.
• Maintain documentation of common issues, resolutions, and user guides to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing.
• Assist in system administration tasks such as user management, permission setting, and configuration updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role with a strong understanding of quote-to-contract operations.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Wiki, Workfront, and JIRA or equivalent bug/issue management software.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to articulate challenges and inform decisions to collaborators.
• Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or related field and/or 3-5 years of industry-specific experience.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $93.66/hour
