Job summary

BD in the United States is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to manage high-volume inquiries, ensure accurate contract pricing and membership details, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

This on-site role requires 1–3 years in contract operations, strong Excel and data-mining tool skills (SAP BI, Power BI, QlikView), and a collaborative mindset to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years' experience in commercial contract operations or related areas such as pricing.
• Proficient Excel skills with large data manipulation and insights.
• Experience building strong cross-functional business partner relationships.
• Analytical problem solver with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve a high volume of external and internal inquiries using automation and reporting tools.
• Communicate new customer pricing eligibility on GPO/local agreements and facilitate stakeholder calls.
• Manage GPO Group Transitions with BD Central Membership for roster alignment and dating.
• Prepare Dealer Notifications and inform servicing distributors of contract pricing/membership details.
• Provide SME guidance to improve accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in GPO/local transitions; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with partners to improve GPO and Local contract execution and renewal processes.
