EY-Parthenon in the United States seeks a Director for Deal Management to lead operational projects and manage engagements across a broad client portfolio. You will partner with client service teams to develop and execute strategies for transactions, including pre-deal and post-deal work such as integration planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics; 5+ years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience; ability to translate data into insights.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
