Quirk Auto Dealers in Manchester is seeking a Deal Expeditor to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with the ability to move transactions smoothly from submission to funding. In this full-time, on-site role, you will manage deal submissions to banks, verify documents, and coordinate with lenders to finalize funding.

A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential to success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Background check including criminal, drug screen and driving record.
• Full-time, in-person position with flexible day/evening/weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Submit deals to banks and break down deals for approval.
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction.
• Sign up customers digitally and Docu-sign documents.
• Answer inbound calls and follow up on missing documentation.
• Work on troubled deals and obtain insurance binders.
• Assist overflow customers in the sales process and follow up with lenders.

Position Overview

Quirk Auto Dealers in Manchester is happy to announce that we currently have an exciting opportunity to begin a career at the best dealership group! We are currently looking to fill the position of a Deal Expeditor. This individual should be someone who is inspired and self-motivated and who has a strong desire and passion to succeed. If this is you, then we want to speak with you regarding a career in automotive sales.

Key Required Proficiencies:

- Submitting deals to the banks, break down deals

- Ensure accuracy and Authenticity of every transaction

- Signing up customer digitally, docu-sign customers

- Answering incoming calls, follow up calls w/customers on missing documentation

- Work on trouble deals

- Obtain insurance binders

- Helping w/overflow customers in the sales process

- Follow up with finance lender for finalized funding of transactions.

Preferred Skills:

- Ability to multitask.

- Work well in fast pace environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn

- Advance skill with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends

Qualifications:

- Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to, a criminal record check, physical and drug screen and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
