Job summary

F5 is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst within Global Sales Operations to support sales teams across regions in deal structuring, pricing and contract reviews.

You will provide expert knowledge on products, services and licensing, make key decisions with or without management input, and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure compliant, timely quotes and approved discounts.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 3-year relevant experience reviewing deal structures within Sales Operations or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day quoting, pricing approvals and analysis.
• Provide and enforce discounting guidance to Sales teams on active and pending quotes across regions.
• Ensure sales and negotiation strategies adhere to guidelines and policies, and understand F5 licensing.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure transparency with key performance metrics for sales reporting.
• Study historical product pricing trends as part of deal reviews.
• Identify and implement new methods for deal reviews, deal scoring and approval process.
