Job summary

Alloy is seeking an organized Deal Desk Associate to support pricing, quotes, and contract accuracy within a high-volume SaaS environment. You will work with Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, and cross-functional teams to keep deal data consistent from quote to booking.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with opportunities, quotes, and reports.
• CPQ (or similar) experience and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
• Interest in automating manual deal-desk work and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and review quotes from Salesforce CPQ through Ironclad workflow, ensuring correct pricing, terms, and setup.
• Work the Ironclad approval queue with Legal and Accounting, flag non-standard items.
• Triages incoming Deal Desk requests and routes to the right owner with context.
• Manage first-pass pricing using pricing guidelines to optimize time on large deals.
• Collaborate with Systems and Salesforce admins to improve CPQ/quoting workflows and maintain guides.
• Review closed-won contracts for booking accuracy and maintain the bookings tracker.
• Pull weekly reporting on deals in flight, volumes, turnaround times, and discount trends.
