Alloy is seeking an organized Deal Desk Associate to support pricing, quotes, and contract accuracy within a high-volume SaaS environment. You will work with Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, and cross-functional teams to keep deal data consistent from quote to booking.
Join a hybrid, NYC-area team and help scale our onboarding, pricing, and contract processes for financial institutions and fintechs. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and a passion for automating repetitive tasks are essential.
Alloy is where you belong! Alloy is the AI-powered identity and fraud prevention platform that accelerates onboarding, stops fraud, and scales compliance across the customer lifecycle so financial organizations can grow without limits. More than 900 of the world's leading financial institutions and fintechs trust Alloy for smarter risk management that drives growth.
Revenue Operations is a small team with outsized reach. Deal Desk is the part of RevOps closest to the deal: we help reps structure pricing, build quotes, and move contracts through approval so they can close faster without giving away margin. As Alloy sells into more banks, credit unions, fintechs, and channel partners, more deals come through the desk every quarter, and they're getting more varied. This role reports to the Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Deal Desk, and will be the second person on the desk. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.
You’ll be the first stop for reps working through the mechanics of a deal: building and checking quotes, keeping the approval queue moving, and making sure what gets signed is what gets booked and billed. It's a high-volume, detail-heavy seat with a front-row view of how Alloy prices, packages, and contracts, and a lot of room to make the process better as you learn it.
Alloy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Below is the anticipated starting base compensation range for this role; however, pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, in-demand skills, relevant experience, and/or geography. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs) as well as a competitive total benefits package.
This position has a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000.
