Qualifications

Automotive dealership experience preferred.
Experience with deal billing, contracts, F&I, title/DMV, compliance, or dealership accounting is a plus.
Detail-oriented and able to coordinate across Sales, Finance, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

Review vehicle deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
Verify required signatures, disclosures, identification, and supporting documents
Review deals for missing or inconsistent documentation
Verify Finance and compliance documents are completed correctly
Help identify and correct deal issues before they reach Accounting
Track missing documents and follow up with Sales and Finance Managers
Assist Accounting with deal processing and administrative duties
Help maintain organized deal and compliance records
Support dealership audit and compliance processes
Communicate clearly with managers when corrections are needed
