Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with deal billing, contracts, F&I, title/DMV, compliance, or dealership accounting is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to coordinate across Sales, Finance, and Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
• Verify required signatures, disclosures, identification, and supporting documents
• Review deals for missing or inconsistent documentation
• Verify Finance and compliance documents are completed correctly
• Help identify and correct deal issues before they reach Accounting
• Track missing documents and follow up with Sales and Finance Managers
• Assist Accounting with deal processing and administrative duties
• Help maintain organized deal and compliance records
• Support dealership audit and compliance processes
• Communicate clearly with managers when corrections are needed

Deal Compliance & Accounting Coordinator

Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly

Michael Hohl Automotive is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deal Compliance & Accounting Coordinator.

This position will work between our Sales, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure vehicle deals are complete, accurate, compliant, and ready for processing.

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
• Verify required signatures, disclosures, identification, and supporting documents
• Review deals for missing or inconsistent documentation

What We're Looking For

Automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred. Experience in deal billing, contracts, F&I, title/DMV, compliance, or dealership accounting is a major plus.

The right person will be extremely detail-oriented, organized, dependable, comfortable holding people accountable for missing paperwork, and able to work across multiple departments.

This is an important position within our dealership. We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting deals right the first time and helping our Accounting department operate efficiently.
