Responsibilities

• Review vehicle deal jackets for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify required signatures, disclosures, identification, and supporting documents.
• Review deals for missing or inconsistent documentation.
• Verify Finance and compliance documents are completed correctly.
• Help identify and correct deal issues before they reach Accounting.
• Track missing documents and follow up with Sales and Finance Managers.
• Assist Accounting with deal processing and administrative duties.
• Help maintain organized deal and compliance records.
• Support dealership audit and compliance processes.
• Communicate clearly with managers when corrections are needed.

Michael Hohl Automotive is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Deal Compliance & Accounting Coordinator.

This position will work between our Sales, Finance, and Accounting departments to ensure vehicle deals are complete, accurate, compliant, and ready for processing.

Responsibilities

• Review vehicle deal jackets for accuracy and completeness
• Verify required signatures, disclosures, identification, and supporting documents
• Review deals for missing or inconsistent documentation
