Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 3+ years in ASL interpreting services operations, scheduling or coordination.
• Broad knowledge of Deaf culture and the ASL interpreting field.
• Willingness to work occasional extended hours and on-call shifts.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Deaf & Hard of Hearing department, including scheduling and on-time delivery of services.
• Hire, train, coach and evaluate department staff and interpreters.
• Track KPIs and budgets and report results to the Director.
• Serve as escalation point for client and interpreter issues and support client account management.
• Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with company and NAD-RID standards.
• Participate in rotational after-hours/on-call support.
