Job summary

Anchor Home in Maryland seeks a Program Manager to oversee daily operations across residential, day, and personal supports programs, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential or human services program management.
• Strong understanding of DDA and COMAR regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all programs, ensuring licensing, health, and safety standards are met.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, and attendance to ensure coverage and PCP compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess program quality, documentation, and environment.
• Provide supervision and coaching to House Managers to ensure effective leadership and teamwork.
• Ensure services are person-centered, goal-oriented, and aligned with individual support plans.
