Job summary

Michigan State University seeks qualified trainers to deliver IMPART Alliance Direct Care Worker curricula, live via Zoom and in-person. Two plus years in home and community-based care, and current IMPART DCW trainer certification are required.

The role is temporary/on-call with evening/weekend teaching and a pay rate of $25/hour with a two-hour cap per training. Remote-friendly; some classes may be remote or hybrid, and flexibility to schedule across nights or weekends is expected to support

Qualifications

• two plus years of experience in home and community-based care settings.
• training experience within the past two years.
• knowledge of DCW competencies and teaching skills.
• certified IMPART DCW trainer required.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction using IMPART Alliance Direct Care Worker curricula.
• Teach classes live via Zoom and in-person in classrooms or designated labs.
• Maintain IMPART course fidelity and be available for non-traditional hours.
