Cloudflare is seeking an Automation Specialist to transform how the Data Center Security Compliance (DCSC) team operates. Based in Austin in a hybrid, full-time role, you will design and run AI-assisted automated workflows to replace manual data gathering and reconciliation, focusing on QAR/MAR cycles and audit evidence packages.

Qualifications

• Strong scripting and data wrangling capabilities.
• Experience integrating LLM APIs into production workflows.
• Ability to map end-to-end automation opportunities and ship incremental tooling.

Responsibilities

• Portal Automation & User List Extraction with robust error handling.
• Automate evidence packages and attestation workflows for SOC 2/ISO 27001/FedRAMP.
• Design AI-assisted anomaly detection, triage, and Jira-driven action checklists.
• Own tooling roadmap and platform stewardship for the DCSC Portal.
• Interface with GRC and ITSM systems to ensure audit-ready outputs.
