Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an Automation Specialist to transform the Data Center Security Compliance (DCSC) team’s workflows. You will design AI-assisted automation, extract user lists, manage ACL diffs, and generate audit-ready evidence packages across SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISMAP and IRAP.

You will own the attestation module and partner with GRC and coordinators. You’ll work with TypeScript, LLMs, data engineering, and Jira-based ticketing to ship scalable tooling that reduces manual work and

• Experience designing and building automation for complex workflows.
• Ability to integrate LLMs into production automation.
• Strong technical skills for data wrangling and API work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI-assisted automated workflows for DCSC.
• Develop portal automation, user-list extraction, and ACL diff tooling.
• Create audit-ready evidence packages for multiple standards.
• Own attestation workflow, escalation, and evidence generation.
• Collaborate with GRC, coordinators, and engineering on roadmap.
