Job summary

Moveworks seeks an AI-native compliance engineer to automate evidence collection and continuous control monitoring across ISMAP, IRAP, C5, and related frameworks. You will replace legacy processes with scalable, software-driven solutions and own auditor engagements.

You will lead the technical strategy for future certifications, embed AI/LLMs to map controls to evidence, and ensure ongoing, auditable compliance across cloud environments and international regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering/information security with a focus on security compliance and risk management.
• Fluency in Japanese, including reading, writing, and speaking, required (ISMAP).
• Experience with policies and frameworks such as ISMAP, IRAP, C5, FedRAMP, ISO 27001/42001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2 Type 2.

Responsibilities

• Build and own automated evidence collection pipelines interfacing with cloud, identity, source control, and security tooling.
• Design and implement real-time continuous control monitoring for compliance.
• Automate compliance processes to replace manual, paper-driven workflows.
