Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an Automation Specialist to transform its DCSC operations with AI-assisted workflows. You will design and ship tooling across 105 portals to automate access provisioning, evidence gathering, and attestation, enabling coordinators to focus on exception handling and regulatory judgment.

You will collaborate with automation developers, DCSC coordinators, and GRC, owning the tooling roadmap and ensuring audit-ready outputs for SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISMAP, and IRAP.

Qualifications

• Automation engineering experience building browser-based automation against real apps.
• Strong TypeScript scripting, data wrangling, and file I/O capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with integrating LLM APIs into production workflows.
• Experience with structured/semi-structured data at scale and diffing datasets.
• Ability to integrate automation with Jira or ITSM via REST APIs.
• Ability to map end-to-end manual workflows into automated steps.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AI-assisted automated workflows for DCSC.
• Create browser automation scripts that extract user lists across 105 portals.
• Implement diff engine to surface ACL discrepancies automatically.
• Route discrepancies to Jira for human review; maintain audit trails.
• Own attestation workflows and evidence package builders.
• Collaborate with GRC to ensure audit-ready formats.
• Develop anomaly detection and triage using LLM passes.
• Build portal tooling roadmap and maintain documentation
