Job summary

DSA Inc. is seeking a Program/Contract Manager to lead execution across integrated workstreams for federal IT programs. You will oversee planning, staffing, schedules, risks, and customer communications to align with mission priorities and delivery goals.

Required qualifications include a Master’s degree, 10–15 years in DoD program management, and experience with Agile/DevSecOps practices and cloud environments. Security clearances may be required.

Qualifications

Master's degree in business or technical field.
Experience managing complex federal IT programs with cross-functional teams.
10–15 years in DoD acquisition programs and enterprise IT delivery.
Oversee planning, staffing, scheduling, risk and issue management, and communications.
Knowledge of Agile software delivery, release coordination and sustainment.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Track program metrics and drive execution for enterprise mission systems.
PM/SAFe/DAWIA Level III or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Manage overall program execution across integrated workstreams.
Oversee planning, staffing, schedules, risks and issues while ensuring staff readiness.
Coordinate with Government stakeholders and internal team leads.
Lead project management, transition planning, milestone tracking, and risk/challenge communication.
Track performance, priorities, and delivery outcomes.
Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
