Job summary

Freshfields US LLP in Washington, DC seeks a Workplace Experience Manager to lead hospitality, conference center operations, facilities, and vendor management. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to create an exceptional workplace for lawyers, staff, and visitors.

Role requires building strong relationships with attorneys and business services, setting service standards, overseeing space planning and projects, and driving efficiency and risk management within a high-touch

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 7 years in workplace experience or related fields.
Experience managing vendors and service providers.
Ability to manage complex operations with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes.
Strong planning, prioritization, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Workplace Experience services for DC office.
Build relationships with attorneys, business services, office leadership, and vendors.
Plan and implement workplace improvements and operational enhancements.
Draft local office communications.
Oversee hospitality, conference center operations, catering, and visitor experience.
Coordinate with Events Team and space management systems.
Ensure safety, compliance, and budget monitoring.
