SanMar Corp. is seeking a DC Supervisor to manage receiving, storage, order fulfillment and shipping, ensuring accurate, on-time product flow. You will guide hourly staff, coach on performance, conduct appraisals, and participate in hiring decisions.

The role emphasizes process improvement, safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize productivity across the distribution center in Sparks, NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for management roles.
• 4-6 years of warehouse experience required.
• 1-3 years in a lead or supervisor role.
• Reading/writing and basic Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify daily activities to achieve productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and knowledge.
• Oversee distribution center operations to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and development to hourly staff.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and give feedback.
• Interview and hire new employees and collaborate across departments.
• Analyze performance data to drive improvements and policies.
