Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an advanced distribution center operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will process merchandise with RF/WMS tools while maintaining inventory accuracy, quality, and safety standards.

The role requires handling and loading/unloading duties, adherence to safety guidelines, and the ability to train teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Must accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training and development of team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelving, racking systems, and reserve storage areas.
