Arhaus is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution team and ensure efficient, accurate product receipt and order fulfillment. The role focuses on scheduling, staffing, training, safety, and continuous process improvement within the DC.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive productivity, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Excellent leadership and a hands-on approach are essential.

Formación

• At least 5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to train others in loading and warehousing.
• Willing to adjust schedule to manage the department.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and supervision to distribution team members within a specific area.
• Support managers to ensure timely product receipt, order fulfillment and resource optimization.
• Manage team to ensure policy compliance and drive process improvements.
• Supervise daily operations until the work is complete.
• Develop and implement performance measurements and auditing processes.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary action as needed while treating staff with respect.
