Arhaus is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution team and optimize daily floor operations. The role focuses on meeting deadlines, ensuring product flow, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and at least 5 years in warehouse supervision, with strong MS Office skills and a track record of process improvement and staff development.

Formación

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar suite.
• Ability to train staff in loading and warehousing processes.
• Willingness to adjust schedule and hours to meet department needs.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities and understanding of management principles.
• Knowledge of warehousing and distribution operations including picking, packing and shipping.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and supervision to distribution team members.
• Support process managers to ensure timely product receipt and order fulfillment.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily departmental operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement performance metrics and process improvements.
• Coach, train, and evaluate team members; address disciplinary actions when needed.
