TBC Corporation in Greensboro, NC is seeking a DC Associate to support distribution center operations, ensuring accurate fulfillment and receipt of replenishment products. Starting pay is $17.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience.

Role includes operating MHE safely, using RF scanners, picking, packing, and coordinating with the center to improve efficiency. Forklift certification and DC experience preferred; must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Experience in a distribution center preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and occasionally more.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in a safe and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge.
• Unload and put-away product using RF technology.
• Inspect inbound for overages and shortages.
• Pick and stage product; Load trucks.
• Maintain organization of warehouse operations.
• Assist center to optimize operations and customer service.
