Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Distribution Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Schedule: 8:00pm - 4:30am plus overtime as needed.

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential, plus comprehensive benefits after 30 days. Responsibilities include safe product picking, container assembly, RF scanner operations, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
• Experience operating electric powered forklifts preferred
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsabilités

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of PPE with a max weight capacity of 400 lbs

Pay Range

• Pay Range: - $15.00 - $41.97
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
