Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift, pulling and packing orders, and using RF devices to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Primary duties include receiving and staging material, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and working primarily in the pipe yard and warehouse. Pre-employment drug and background screening is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Will primarily work in the pipe yard and warehouse.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Position Details

Schedule | Monday - Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM with mandatory overtime as needed. Pay Range | Starting at $24/hour and may be higher based on experience.

• - Pay Range: - $21.76 - $32.64 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• - This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
