Ferguson is hiring for a 2nd shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator at our Upper Marlboro, MD distribution center. The role includes picking and storing product, operating RF scanners, and using a Labor Management System. The shift runs 3:00pm–11:30pm with overtime as needed.

Starting pay is competitive with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, vacation and holidays. Strong work ethic and safety compliance are essential.

Formación

• Must have strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• PIT/forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating electric powered forklifts preferred.
• Post-offer background check and drug screen required.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately pick or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units.
• Follow all established SOPs for given task areas.
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
• Perform all duties in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including the PPE and 400 lb harness limit.

We are hiring 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Distribution Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Schedule: 2nd shift 3:00pm - 11:30pm overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
• Experience operating electric powered forklifts preferred
• Ability to excel in fast‑paced environment
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay and Incentives

• Pay Range: - $15.00 - $41.97
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
