Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Lebanon, TN is seeking 3rd shift Warehouse Equipment Operators to support putaway, picking, and loading in a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate stand-up forklifts and other PIT equipment, following OSHA guidelines to ensure inventory integrity and safety.

The role offers $23.50 per hour with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in putaway, picking, and/or loading preferred.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for full shifts.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment, including stand-up forklifts, safely and per OSHA and Ferguson procedures.
• Accurately pick or store products in designated locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain organized supplies.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and demonstrate teamwork.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Use RF scanners/voice devices and follow SOPs for tasks.
• Sort, label, and store products properly in containers or on pallets.
• Participate in meetings and report concerns to management.
• Comply with all safety, policies, and regulations; pass pre-employment checks.

If you have familiarity and experience with warehousing, shipping and/or receiving, coupled with a dedication to quality, this is the position for you! 3rd shift hours begin at 7:00 PM -3:30 AM CST.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in putaway, picking, and/or loading preferred
• Strong work ethic
• 80%- Safety spot trailers at dock doors and yard locations; drive yard trucks between designated spots
• 20%- Support general warehouse tasks as needed
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required
• Drive to excel in fast-paced environment
• Ability to accurately and safely complete picking and/or storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers
• Ability to work at heights up to 30 feet
• Ability to bend, twist, stretch, push, pull, carry and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing and/or walking for up to 12 hours
• Ability to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours, based on business need

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial equipment, including but not limited to stand-up forklifts, in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safe operating procedures
• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners and/or voice devices
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Pay Range and Eligibility

• Pay Range: $15.00 - $23.79
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
