Ferguson in Upper Marlboro, MD is hiring a 3rd shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operator for our Distribution Center. The role starts at $23.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential and offers benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

You will operate PIT equipment, pick and store products, use Labor Management Systems and RF scanners, and maintain inventory accuracy while following OSHA and PPE rules.

Qualifications

• Must have strong work ethic and be willing to work overtime hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance.
• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required.
• Experience operating electric powered forklifts preferred.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required.

Responsabilités

• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and demonstrate teamwork.

We are hiring 3rd shift Warehouse Associate Equipment Operators for our Distribution Center in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

Schedule

8:00pm - 4:30am plus overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range

$15.00 - $41.97

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
