Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking an on-site WMS Functional Lead for DC implementations. You will own requirements, design, testing, and go-live for Manhattan Active WM and related platforms.

The role requires deep DC operations knowledge, hands-on WMS configuration, and client facilitation skills across IT and operations teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DC operations or WMS delivery, 3+ years in hands-on WMS leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in distribution center ops, WMS delivery.
• 3+ years hands-on WMS functional expertise—Manhattan Active WM preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead the WMS functional workstream on large DC implementation programs (GTM for Manhattan Active WM).
• Assess DC operations across inbound/outbound/inventory/labor management and returns; identify gaps and configuration opportunities.
• Facilitate solution design workshops with client ops, IE, and IT; translate requirements into specs and designs.
• Maintain configuration workbooks, specs, fit-gap analyses, and traceability matrices across the lifecycle.
• Design and execute end-to-end WMS testing strategies (unit, SIT, UAT) including test scripts and defect triage.
• Lead WMS cutover planning and go-live readiness, hyper-care, and post-launch stabilization.
• Deliver role-based end-user training programs and training materials.
• Mentor WMS analysts and junior consultants; contribute to accelerators and templates.
