Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Senior Manager to lead large-scale warehouse transformation programs for clients across manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and consumer goods. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP EWM functional expertise with strong leadership and client relationship skills.

You will own end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, govern delivery, shape architecture, and coordinate cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience.
• Minimum of 8 years full-cycle SAP EWM implementations in lead or program manager role.
• Minimum of 5 years delivering EWM programs in two of: pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, retail, automotive, or industrials.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units.
• Own program governance, timelines, budget and risk management.
• Drive solution architecture decisions aligned with client supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on SAP EWM design oversight including warehouse structure, putaway, labor, and MFS/automation integration.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop config and test documentation.
• Mentor junior consultants and build client capability.
