Job summary

At Home, The Home Décor Superstore is seeking a Distribution Center Trainer for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM). You will train team members to unload, sort, and load cartons and pallets in a fast-paced DC environment.

The role focuses on on-the-job training, supporting Leads and Managers, and ensuring safe, efficient operations across receiving, sorting, and outbound loading.

Qualifications

• 1+ years warehousing or training experience.
• Ability to learn and train on various tasks in a DC environment.
• Ability to work with others in a positive environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
