Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Trainer to lead and evaluate training for associates on MHE and in classroom settings. The role runs on the 2nd shift, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, Tuesday through Saturday, with a pay of $20.75 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Responsibilities include presenting training, evaluating ramp-ups, and developing reference guides while coordinating with leadership to support operations and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Create effective training presentations and materials and present to associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and standard office software.
• Ability to perform all site processes safely and efficiently with good communication.

• Update on company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs and conduct safety observations.
• Participate in Safety Committee.

Role Purpose

Training and evaluation of associates on MHE and classroom instructions.

Key Accountabilities

• Present training to associates and effectively communicate will all Associates
• Evaluate Associates' RPM on ramp up form and create steps for success
• Assist with creating work reference guide.
• Effective initial training and cross training of associates and outside workers (Labor Share Associates, vendors, etc.)
• Support operations as needed by leadership
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Certify Associates for MHE
• Actively participate in the YOBE process
• Create system login for all Associates (SeeIT, JDA, etc.)
• Updating on company goals and procedures.
• Identify training needs
• Conduct BBS observations
• Participate in Safety Committee

Required Education and Experience

• Related technical experience
• MHE experience(sit down forklift and pallet jack)
• MHE experience(stand up forklift, reach truck, clamp, and slip), preferred
• Scrubber, preferred
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
