Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a Distribution Center Trainer for 2nd shift (230pm-11pm) to train team members on unloading, sorting, and loading cartons and pallets in a fast-paced environment.

You will conduct on-the-job training, support DC operations, and collaborate with Leads and Managers while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years warehousing or training experience
• Ability to learn and train on various tasks required in a DC environment
• Ability to work with others in a positive environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Learns quickly and adapts to changing needs easily
• Ability to operate material handling equipment
• Ability to lift 50 pounds required

Responsibilities
