Qualifications

• Preference for prior distribution/warehouse experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires 1–2 years of directly related experience or 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one training with new hires on key processes.
• Provide ongoing coaching to current associates.
• Observe associates to confirm adherence to SOP.
