Job summary

At Home Group Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift supervisor for our Plano, TX distribution center. You will provide leadership, assign work, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining team morale.

Responsibilities include coordinating with management and departments, training staff, resolving safety and production issues, and ensuring policy adherence. This role demands the ability to lift 75 pounds and work in a non climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations in a distribution environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with subordinates & managers.
• Computer literate. Strong Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.

Job Summary

Provide communication, leadership, direction and timely information to both the associates and management team. Maintains a high level of safety, quality and department morale. Responsible for employee work assignments.
