Job summary

TireHub seeks a Distribution Center Technology Engineer to act as the SME for technology supporting our Logistics Center and Regional Distribution Center operations. You will provide frontline and remote technical support for hardware, software, Zebra scanners, mobile devices, printers, picker tech, and WMS devices.

Reporting to the Warehouse IT Infrastructure Leader, you will install, configure, and maintain systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and support security/compliance with

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline preferred, equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in a technical support role, including hands-on experience implementing new technologies.
• Experience in distribution center or warehouse operations environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary technical resource for TLC and RDC, resolving issues with desktops, printers, handheld devices, Zebra scanners, and business applications (RoadNet, Körber WMS, Samsara).
• Provides onsite and remote support across TLC and RDC locations.
• Installs, configures, and maintains computers, software, and peripheral devices.
