Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the United States (Belleville, MI) is hiring a Logistics Technician for full-time operations in our logistics division. The role provides front-line technical support for core warehouse applications and regional cross-dock platforms, while performing device updates and basic maintenance to ensure system integrity.

You will help configure user accounts, assist with new rollouts, and monitor automated reports to spot data errors.

Qualifications

Experience in logistics and warehouse environments is preferred.
Hands-on familiarity with WMS/TMS systems and data mapping tools.
Strong hardware troubleshooting and mobile device configuration skills.
Excellent communication to explain technical issues to staff.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line technical support for core warehouse applications and regional cross-dock platforms.
Perform device updates, factory resets, and compliance audits using MDM tools.
Assist in setting up user accounts and access levels; perform light system maintenance.
Assist with testing updates or new application rollouts.
Monitor automated reporting and flag data integrity issues for escalation.
Assist with systems training and support.
