Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the United States is seeking a Logistics Technician to support core warehouse applications and cross-dock platforms. You will perform device updates, setup user accounts, and assist with system maintenance across the warehouse environment.

The role requires hands-on hardware experience with handheld RF devices and printers, strong English communication, and the ability to work across shifts with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical certification.
• Experience in logistics, cross-dock, and warehouse environment.
• Experience with logistics applications and cross-dock systems, including Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting and configuration of handheld RF equipment and printers.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for core warehouse applications, regional cross-dock platforms.
• Perform regular device updates, factory resets, and compliance audits using MDM tools.
• Assist in setting up user accounts, system access levels, and perform some light system maintenance.
• Help with testing for any updates or new application rollouts.
• Monitor automated reporting and flag data integrity or electronic data errors for escalation.
• Assist with systems training and support.
