O’Reilly Auto Parts seeks a results‑driven DC Supervisor to oversee daily distribution center operations in Horn Lake, MS. You will lead, train, and develop a team across receiving, stocking, order processing, and shipping while driving safety, efficiency, and accuracy in all workflows.

You’ll monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure compliance with O’Reilly policies and DOT regulations where applicable.

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and materials handling processes.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily distribution center operations for assigned area.
• Lead, train, schedule, and coach DC team members.
• Monitor workflow and staffing to meet productivity goals.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Oversee inbound/outbound processes and accurate receiving and stocking.
• Coordinate with operations manager to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Conduct meetings and on-the-job training; ensure safe equipment operation.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
