Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Distribution Center Supervisor in Horn Lake, MS to lead daily DC operations across receiving, stocking, order processing, shipping, and cross-dock functions. You will supervise, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach team members to promote accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities include monitoring workflow, ensuring safety, DOT compliance, and driving process improvements using WMS/AS400 platforms to meet throughput and service targets.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and workflow to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and general materials handling processes.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory, routing systems or AS/400 platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and coordinating daily distribution center operations for supervised area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Help lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor departmental workflow and staffing levels to meet daily goals and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and DOT regulations if applicable.
• Support inbound/outbound merchandise processes to ensure items are received, stocked, processed, loaded, and delivered.
• Coordinate with supervisors and managers to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Provide leadership by communicating expectations, monitoring performance, and addressing growth opportunities.
