Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• 2 years of supervisory or warehouse lead experience preferred
• Warehouse and Inventory management experience preferred
• Ability to coach, motivate, develop, engage and retain a team of associates
• Food safety and Quality oriented
• Able to lead others through change
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required
• WMS / O-Cloud experience preferred but not required
• Able to perform basic math
• Knowledge of computer-based applications
• Knowledge in Microsoft 360
• Able to lift and maneuver cases over 50lbs continuously

Responsibilities

• Cover the assigned shift with flexibility to support other shifts to maintain continuity
• 24/7 operation requires a flexible schedule including early/late weekends
• Delegate and monitor assignments to ensure on-time completion
• Ensure safety and quality protocols, complete trailer inspections
• Oversee inbound/outbound operations and repacking for efficiency
• Verify inventory receipt and accuracy; locate items
• Record and reinstate customer returns to stock promptly
• Communicate vision and objectives to the team
• Relate new policies to associates and report incidents
• Maintain staff training, certifications and evaluations
• Keep records of responsibilities and associates
• Ensure documentation is clear and accurate
• Foster a safety culture and address unsafe conditions
• Conduct daily staff meetings and safety checks
• Ensure secure, organized warehouse areas and proper waste disposal
• Verify order management in WMS and update statuses
• Submit daily DC activity reports
• Conduct interviews and forklift tests for new hires
• Perform other duties as assigned
