Job summary

Barcel USA is seeking a Distribution Center Shift Supervisor to oversee daily DC operations. You will supervise the team, manage inbound/outbound inventory, and ensure safety and quality protocols are followed.

The role requires communication with management and ongoing staff training to sustain continuous 24/7 operations. The candidate should have 2+ years in supervision or warehouse leadership, warehouse/inventory experience, and the ability to coach a diverse team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or warehouse lead experience preferred.
• Warehouse and Inventory management experience preferred.
• Able to coach, motivate, develop, engage and retain a team of associates.
• Food safety and quality oriented.
• Able to lead others through change.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Skilled in organization and prioritization.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• WMS / O-Cloud experience preferred but not required.
• Able to perform basic math and know computer-based applications.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Able to lift and maneuver cases over 50lbs continuously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the distribution center to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Manage inbound and outbound inventory and ensure accurate handling.
• Coach and supervise associates, delegate shifts, and monitor training.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct equipment checks for compliance.
• Communicate policies between management and staff and conduct interviews.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports and maintain organized records.
