Job summary

Barcel USA LLC is seeking a warehouse supervisor to manage day-to-day distribution center operations in Vernon, CA. The role requires coordinating shift coverage and ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods within a 24/7 operation.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory or lead experience, strong leadership and safety orientation, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2 years of supervisory or warehouse lead experience preferred.
• Able to coach, motivate, develop and retain a team of associates.
• Food safety and quality oriented.

Responsibilities

• Cover the assigned shift with flexibility to support other shifts as needed.
• Support a 24/7 operation and meet operational needs.
• Delegate, assign and monitor tasks to ensure on-time completion.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations and ensure quality control.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and timely receiving.
• Lead daily staff meetings.
