Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2 years of supervisory or warehouse lead experience preferred.
• Warehouse and Inventory management experience preferred.
• Able to coach, motivate, develop, engage and retain a team of associates.
• Food safety and Quality oriented.
• Able to lead others through change.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bi-lingual Spanish preferred but not required.
• WMS / O-Cloud experience preferred but not required.
• Able to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Cover the assigned shift, with the flexibility to support other shifts during unusual or emergency situations to maintain operational continuity.
• Support a 24/7 operation; flexible schedule including early arrival, late shifts, and weekends.
• Delegate, assign and monitor scheduled tasks to ensure on-time completion.
• Focus on quality by performing quality checks and ensuring food safety and product quality protocols.
• Oversee inbound/outbound operations, including LTLs, FTLs, repacking for quality control.
