Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive DC metrics, train and coach staff, enforce safety and policies, and participate in special projects to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising distribution center staff and daily operations.
• Experience in labor and equipment planning and inbound/outbound coordination.
• Strong forecasting and budgeting capabilities with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead DC planning functions for labor, equipment, inbound/outbound operations daily.
• Monitor metrics such as fill rate, inventory days on hand, and labor hours budget.
• Forecast staffing needs and identify risks; adjust plans accordingly.
• Manage daily waving operations including label printing and distribution.
• Coach, develop, and discipline associates while enforcing policies and safety standards.
• Lead special projects to improve efficiency, safety, and process improvements.
