Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Planning to oversee the MDC operating plan across multiple shifts and sites. • Oversee and calibrate the MDC operating plan to forecasts and DC labor capacity.
• Lead multi-shift planning across sites and horizons (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Coordinate with senior leadership to gain buy-in and prepare business cases for equipment or staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily labor utilization and staffing plans for outbound, inbound, and transfers.
• Measures and improves supply chain metrics such as fill rate, inventory days on hand, and labor hours budget.
• Supervises and supports Shift Planning Managers and ensures real-time representation to operations.
• Interview, select, orient, train, coach and discipline associates; manage performance against financial targets and service levels.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise performance to meet targets; identify variances and corrective actions with OPS owners.
• Ensure a safe, compliant work environment and maintain attendance records.
• Schedule associates and assign work; maintain tools and processes across shifts.
