Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provides training, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient tasks.
• Acts as a point-of-contact for escalated issues in warehousing.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and department effectiveness.
• Evaluates the distribution center's alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Ensures associates maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies.
• Completes appropriate paperwork and productivity reports.
